PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer the following shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): $5.99 or FREE on orders over $75
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $12.99
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days): $24.99

Shipping estimates are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement.

LOCAL DELIVERY
Free local delivery is available for orders within 25 miles of Chula Vista, CA 91911. Local deliveries are typically made within 1-2 business days. We will contact you via email or phone to arrange delivery.

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES
We do not ship to P.O. boxes. All orders require a physical delivery address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at ptcs_shop@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and replace your items at no additional cost.

If your package has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office. If still not located, contact us within 5 business days of the marked delivery date.

HAZARDOUS MATERIALS
Some of our products, including certain cleaning chemicals and gas detection equipment, may be classified as hazardous materials. These items are subject to special shipping regulations and may require additional handling time. We comply with all DOT and IATA regulations for shipping hazardous materials.

BACKORDERS
If an item is on backorder, we will notify you via email with an estimated restock date. You will have the option to wait for the item, replace it with a similar item, or receive a full refund.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories at this time. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any address at our discretion.
