PRODUCTS
We specialize in professional maintenance supplies including safety gear (nitrile gloves, coveralls, eyewear), inspection tools (telescoping mirrors, cameras, LED lights), spill control products (absorbent socks, containment barriers), and detection equipment (multi-gas monitors). Every item is field-tested by our own crew before it reaches our catalog.
Our products are used daily by our own 45-person crew in real industrial conditions — marine tanks, commercial wastewater systems, fuel storage, and confined spaces. If it doesn't survive our jobs, we don't sell it. We also provide detailed specs and application notes for every product.
Yes. Our safety equipment meets or exceeds ANSI, OSHA, and NIOSH standards where applicable. Gas detection equipment is calibrated and certified. We maintain compliance documentation for all products and can provide certificates upon request for bulk or government orders.
Safety items (gloves, coveralls, respirators) can only be returned if unopened and in original packaging for hygiene reasons. Opened safety gear is non-returnable. All other items can be returned within 30 days if unused and in resellable condition. Defective items are replaced at no cost.
ORDERS & SHIPPING
Yes. We offer bulk pricing for orders over 50 units on most items including safety gloves, coveralls, shop towels, and spill containment products. Contact us at ptcs_shop@outlook.com with your quantity requirements for a custom quote. Fleet and contractor accounts welcome.
Orders placed before 2 PM PST ship the same business day. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. Expedited (2-3 days) and Express (1-2 days) options available at checkout. Free shipping on all orders over $75. Local delivery within 25 miles of Chula Vista, CA is free and typically next-day.
At this time we only ship within the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally. Some hazardous material items (gas detection equipment, certain chemicals) may have additional shipping restrictions per DOT regulations.
We accept all major credit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express — as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Yes. Through our parent company, Pacific Tank Cleaning Services LLC, we offer on-site safety training for confined space entry, hazmat handling, and equipment operation. We also provide consulting for maintenance program setup. Contact us for training schedules and rates.
Our headquarters and warehouse are located at 1463 Oleander Ave, Chula Vista, CA 91911. We've been operating in the San Diego area since December 20, 2015, serving maritime, industrial, and commercial clients throughout Southern California.
