We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Safety equipment including gloves, coveralls, and respirators cannot be returned once opened for hygiene reasons.

To initiate a return, contact us at ptcs_shop@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return label for defective or incorrect items. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will replace it at no additional cost or issue a full refund including shipping.

Exchanges are available for size variations on safety apparel (gloves, coveralls) within 14 days, provided the item is unworn with tags attached. Custom or bulk orders (quantities over 50 units) are final sale and not eligible for return.

California state law requires that all refunds for purchases made with credit or debit cards be credited back to the original payment method within 30 days of the return request.
